Join us on Tuesday, March 31 as Chef Patrick Kriss presents a four-course menu paired with wines from Stratus and Charles Baker — including scallop crudo, roasted snapper, short rib, and apple coppetta. Each course is matched with select vintages from Niagara-on-the-Lake. Winemaker Dean Stoyka and Charles Baker will be in the room, sharing the story behind each pour.

Reservations available from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
