A chance to move with intention in a space that celebrates connection, community, and those small moments of magic that shift everything. This week’s class is led by Marina Triantou.
Meet your Teacher
Marina Triantou has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years to all ages (adults/kids/elderly people/pregnant women). She’s also a drama/theater teacher, a mindfulness instructor and an animator who loves all kinds of art, so every lesson is accompanied by music. Marina believes that all adults need to let their inner child out again, and this is one of her motivations when she teaches yoga. During her lessons, she loves incorporating play and combining her knowledge in yoga, breathing techniques, theater, mindfulness, and animation. She believes that through the joy of playing and practicing yoga, people relax more easily and they’re able to find themselves, forget about their everyday problems, have fun and allow themselves to see life from a different point of view. At the end of every lesson, students experience a short meditation/visualization which helps them go deeper into themselves and find new gratitude for life.
What’s in the Mix?
